Sadia Hameed | Founder of Bloom 360 Workplace

Transformational Coach | Workplace Alchemist | Purpose-Driven Leadership Guide

With over 20 years of experience in organizational development, strategy design, and network support within the international development and social justice sectors, Sadia Hameed has devoted her career to helping mission-driven leaders and teams unlock their full potential.

A bridge-builder and paradigm-shifter, Sadia approaches even the most complex challenges with grace, honesty, and curiosity. Her work centers on transforming entrenched patterns—whether at the individual, organizational, or systemic level—so that people and institutions can lead from a place of authenticity, clarity, and vision.

Through her whole-of-self philosophy, Sadia helps leaders integrate who they are with how they lead—cultivating environments where people thrive, talents are activated, and work becomes a joyful expression of purpose.

As a single mother of two and a lifelong learner in the art of balance, Sadia intimately understands the demands of modern leadership. Her journey is rooted in the belief that we can create lives—and workplaces—where abundance, impact, and wellbeing coexist.

She founded Bloom 360 Workplace with this vision in mind: to offer a transformational training and coaching curriculum that helps leaders and organizations across sectors grow stronger, more cohesive, and more purpose-aligned—while nourishing the people at the heart of it all.

Patrice O’Neall, Filmmaker & CEO, Strategic Media Company and Leader of Not In Our Town.

  • Sadia is one of those rare people who can readily analyze an organization’s strengths and weaknesses, envisage a path forward to helping it reach its strategic goals, and then help that organization and its employees think through their own course of action. She is dedicated, creative, and fearless but goes about her work with a gentle touch. She has excellent oral and written communication skill, shows great compassion and sensitivity towards others, and is very easy to work with. If you want to help your organization bloom, Sadia’s someone you’ll want to talk to!

  • Sadia is the ultimate mentor, ally, and catalyst. While I was building a global peacebuilding nonprofit, she offered me crucial strategic perspective when I was down, opened doors at every turn, and invited me into a beloved community of fellow travelers working towards healing within and beyond. I feel so blessed to have crossed paths with Sadia - to have applied her whole-of-self philosophy to my work, - and can’t wait for what lies ahead. There’s no going back!
